Garnish: A single sprig of FH Opal Basil
1 bundle Fresh FH Opal Basil (about 12-15 leaves)
60 ml Tanqueray Gin
23 ml Lemon Juice (Freshly Squeezed)
10 ml Simple Syrup (1 sugar to 1 water)
100 ml Soda Water
4 Ice cubes per glass
Place all ingredients in a mixer. Shake liberally. Do not strain as you pour into wine glass. Add garnish for aroma and look.
A drink which you will remember, the more basil the more flavor, and never skimp on the gin!
